How It Started

I'm Jake Einspinner, and I founded GZ Australia because I saw a gap in the Australian printing market that no one was filling properly.

For years, Australian print businesses were stuck between two bad options: cheap machines from overseas with zero local support, or overpriced equipment from distributors who disappeared after the sale.

I'd watched too many print shops and garment decorators get burned, buying equipment that broke down with no one to call, waiting weeks for parts from overseas, or struggling with machines they didn't fully understand because the "training" was a 10-minute phone call.

There had to be a better way.

Q: What's included with machine purchase?

A: Every machine includes delivery, installation, hands-on training at your site, starter consumables, and 2-year warranty. We don't leave until you're printing confidently.

Q: Do you service machines you didn't sell?

A: We focus on supporting our own customers to ensure the best service. If you bought elsewhere and need help, give us a call, we'll see what we can do.

Q: How fast can you deliver?

A: Stock machines ship within 1-2 weeks. For machines made to order, manufacturing takes approximately 30 days, then 30 days sea freight to Australia (total 60 days from order). We'll give you accurate timelines upfront, no surprises.

Q: What if I'm not in NSW?

A: We support customers Australia-wide. Remote installation and training available, with phone/video support ongoing. We've installed machines from Perth to Brisbane.
