How To Buy
Simple, Secure, and Straightforward
At GZ Australia, we make it easy to purchase your printing or production equipment — from compact UV units to industrial RTR machines down to ink and spare parts. Our goal is to keep things clear, fair, and transparent from the first quote to final delivery.
Step 1 — Confirm Your Product
Choose the model or package that best suits your needs. We strongly recommend requesting print samples using your own artwork and chosen media — these will be produced directly at the factory. This ensures you can see exactly how your designs perform on your selected materials before finalising your order. Once you’ve selected your system, our team will prepare a formal quotation and order confirmation outlining:
· Machine specifications and inclusions
· Optional upgrades or accessories
· Estimated lead time or stock availability
Please note: Most printers come with a starter pack of ink, media and RIP
Step 2 — Get a Quote
Your quotation will be provided under
FCA (Free Carrier) trade terms.
This means your machine price covers all costs up to the point where the goods are handed over to your nominated freight forwarder — including manufacturing, testing, packaging, and export clearance in China.
From there, you (or your freight agent) take responsibility for international shipping, insurance, import duties, and local delivery.
This provides complete flexibility — you can choose your own forwarder, compare freight options, or request an
optional full-service quote if you prefer us to manage freight and import on your behalf.
Your quote will include:
· Machine price under FCA terms
· Estimated production and dispatch timeline
· Optional freight and delivery solutions (on request)
· Payment terms and bank details

Step 3 — Pay Your Deposit
To lock in your order and reserve production, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.
This deposit locks in your production slot and secures all required components. Typical delivery is 30–60 days — around 30 days for manufacturing and 30 days for shipping. If stock is already available in our warehouse, delivery is usually completed within 30 days.

Once payment is received, we’ll issue your Order Confirmation & Receipt and begin production or shipping preparation.
Step 4 — Production & Testing
Your equipment will undergo assembly, calibration, and full functional testing by our engineering team.
We’ll send you photos or video updates during the process and confirm your estimated dispatch date.
Step 5 — Final Payment & Dispatch
When your order is ready for shipment, the remaining 70% balance becomes due.
Once cleared, your goods are dispatched, and shipping documents are provided.
We’ll notify you when your machine has arrived at the destination port or city and assist with collection coordination if needed.
Step 6 — Delivery & Setup
After delivery or collection, our team will install your machine and provide full training to ensure everything is set up correctly. We make sure you’re fully confident and ready to start production from day one.
Important Notes
· The 30% deposit is non-refundable and confirms your build slot and allocation.
· Orders cannot be altered or canceled after production begins.
· Freight is quoted DDP to your nearest city; local collection or onward delivery is arranged by you.
