3 to 4 Epson i3200-U1 print heads - a 5-row head mount takes three or four heads, laid out for colour only, white and colour, or white, colour and varnish. You set the machine up around the work you actually run.
Mesh belt built for flexible media - the mesh belt suits a wide range of materials, especially ones printed under tension, and guides them precisely through the print zone. A 3-zone controllable vacuum holds the media flat.
Multi-layer printing (up to 5 layers) - white and colour in either order (W+C / C+W), three-layer CWC, four-layer CKWC day-and-night and five-layer CWKWC for backlit and window graphics.
Glossy and matt varnish - a varnish head adds a gloss or matt finish, and a sticky-varnish layout is available for foil stamping.
White ink recirculation and head heating - white ink is circulated at regular intervals during idle time so the pigment doesn't settle, and a built-in print head heater keeps the ink flowing smoothly.
Greenguard Gold REI-3 UV ink - certified for indoor air quality, and cured on the spot by dual water-cooled LED UV lamps.
