  • 4 to 8 Epson i3200-U1 print heads - the HB18UV PRO scales from a 4-head entry configuration right up to a full 8-head industrial layout. Head positioning is fully flexible, so you can dedicate channels to white, varnish, or KCMY depending on the job mix.
  • Industrial belt system with extension tables - the mesh belt conveyor handles both rigid flat boards and flexible roll media in the same machine, without changeover. Extension tables front and back keep large rigid sheets stable as they travel through.
  • Multi-layer printing (up to 5 layers) - the HB18UV PRO supports CWC (3-layer), CKWC day-and-night (4-layer), and CWKWC on-demand (5-layer) effects. This opens up dimensional texture, backlit signage, and fine detail applications that a single-pass printer can’t touch.
  • Greenguard Gold REI-3 UV ink - certified for indoor air quality, making the HB18UV PRO suitable for schools, hospitals, and public-space applications where standard UV inks may not comply.
  • White ink recirculation and stirring system - white pigment is heavy and settles fast. The HB18UV PRO circulates and stirs white ink continuously during idle periods, preventing sedimentation that causes head blockages and inconsistent opacity.
  • Optional glossy and matte varnish - with up to 8 heads and a flexible layout, you can add a dedicated varnish channel for spot gloss or matte finishing. Position the varnish head at the front or back of the array to control the effect.
