Before your new machine arrives, here’s everything you need to know to make your delivery and setup as smooth as possible.
1. Pre-Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, our team will:
- Verify your delivery address and access details (doorway width, forklift or tail-lift access).
- Schedule your installation date or freight dispatch.
- Provide tracking information and an estimated time of arrival.
- Register your machine serial number and warranty details.
This step ensures your printer arrives safely and is ready for installation on arrival.
2. What’s Included in Your Starter Kit
Every GZ Australia printer is supplied with a complete starter package so you can begin producing immediately.
Your starter kit includes:
- 1 Litre of each ink colour (matched to your machine type)
- Primer samples (for UV printers)
- Cleaning fluid (for pigment and textile printers)
- Protective gloves
- Anti-static wipes
- Precision syringe set
- Full setup kit (tubes, caps, tools, and accessories)
- Test print media (for calibration and output testing)
If you have any special media or colour requirements, please let us know before dispatch so we can include the correct consumables.
3. Preparing Your Workspace
Before delivery, please ensure your workspace is ready.
A well-prepared environment ensures faster installation and consistent print quality.''
Checklist:
- Clean, stable, and dust-free area large enough for the machine and operator access.
- Dedicated 220 V power supply with stable voltage.
- Proper ventilation or extraction for UV and solvent systems.
- Windows OS computer with USB or LAN port for RIP installation.
- Clear access path for crate delivery and positioning.
If you’re unsure about your setup, our team can review photos or floor plans to confirm your layout and power requirements.
4. Delivery and Installation
Your machine will be professionally crated and protected for transport.
Depending on your location, installation will be carried out by a GZ Australia technician or an authorised partner.
During setup, we will:
- Uncrate and position your printer.
- Connect and configure electrical and ink systems.
- Install RIP software and apply colour profiles.
- Perform test prints and calibration.
- Provide an operator orientation covering daily use and maintenance.
You’ll finish the session with your printer fully operational and producing live sample prints.
5. After Delivery
Once installation is complete, you’ll receive:
- 2-Year warranty registration confirmation.
- Service and Consumables Guide (inks, films, maintenance kits).
- Direct technical support and spare parts supply.
You’ll also have access to the GZ Australia Trade Support Network, where you can receive updates, training, and special consumables offers.
