DTF Adhesive Powder (Hot Melt)

1. While the printed ink is still wet, spread the powder evenly across the whole design - a consistent layer, no bare patches or clumps.
2. Invert the film and tap firmly until all loose powder falls off the unprinted areas. Powder should stay only on the wet ink.
3. Cure the powder until it looks clear and glossy and feels smooth, not grainy or tacky. Follow the temperature and time in your powder and film guide, and test on an offcut first.
4. Let the film cool flat, then press the transfer onto the garment with medium pressure.
5. Peel to suit your film - hot or cold.

Fine-grade hot-melt (TPU) adhesive powder for a soft hand and strong wash durability. The fine grade gives the smoothest finish and best detail.

Keep the bag sealed and dry - the powder picks up airborne moisture and clumps if it is left open. Suits any DTF process using hot-melt powder.
