  • HOW TO USE

    1. Handle the head by the body only - never touch the gold nozzle plate or the electrical contacts.
    2. Treat it as a static-sensitive part: ground yourself before you handle it.
    3. Power the machine off before fitting or unplugging the head or its cable.
    4. Have it fitted by someone who knows the machine - cable direction, ink system, waveform and negative pressure all have to be right.
    5. Prime and flush only with the matching UV flush fluid. Never force ink through with a syringe or immerse the whole head.
    6. Run UV-curable ink only - never water-based or solvent ink through a UV head.
    7. Keep the printer powered so auto-capping runs, and keep any spare sealed until you fit it.
