DTF Damper 4-Pack

• Type: Ink damper (i3200 platform)

1. The damper feeds the printhead and buffers ink pressure, with an internal filter that traps debris and air. It is a routine wear part.
2. Change the set together, not one channel at a time.
3. Power down and relieve ink-line pressure per your machine's procedure.
4. Swap each damper in the same orientation, then prime the lines to push out trapped air.
5. Run a nozzle check, and re-prime if any channel is still weak.
6. Note the date - dampers are typically a 3 to 6 month part in steady production.

Replace it when you see:

• Horizontal banding or pale stripes in prints
• A single colour going weak or dropping out
• Air bubbles sitting in the line near the damper
• Broken or intermittent ink delivery that survives a head clean

Genuine i3200-platform ink dampers - the inline buffer and filter between the line and the head. Banding and missing nozzles often trace back to a tired damper rather than the head itself, so it is the first wear part to check.
