1. Agitate the white and varnish before use - gentle rocking, not a hard shake. Colours need far less.
2. Top up and check levels so you do not run a channel dry mid-job.
3. Run a nozzle check. Clear any drop-outs with one short head clean, then re-check.
4. Clean the substrate - wipe off dust, grease and fingerprints (isopropyl alcohol on glass and metal).
5. On hard or slick surfaces like glass and metal, use the matching primer where needed. Adhesion varies by material, so test on an offcut first.
6. Print - the LEDs cure each pass instantly. Lay white as an underbase first on dark or clear substrates, then colour, then varnish if used.
7. End of day, run a nozzle check, clean the wiper and cap with maintenance fluid, and cap the head.
8. Store in the original bottle, cool and dark, out of UV light.
